Why do social media?

So the question is why do social media? It was answered by Michael Litman in a slideshare presentation, which he presented on behalf of BMW for Automotive World. The event was entitled ’Social networks and the global auto industry: the marketing opportunity’. 

Michael works as the Head of Engagement at 90:10 Group. I met the 90:10 Group recently in Amsterdam.

So why do Social media? It simply is where everyone is these days and it can add value if you do it RIGHT!
